Modern Authentication for sending mail with Office 365 and Graph API was implemented

Modern UI was created for InfoBase folder properties similar to InfoBase Items properties. Use setting INFOBASE \ ALLOW_NEW_INFOBASE_FOLDER_DESIGN to Enable/Disable it - enabled by default. Important: setting INFOBASE\USE_FOLDER_METADATA should be set to OFF to enable new design
