Default value: ON.

 

You can select if the 'created by' field is automatically filled out with the user name of the user currently logged in to IntraNote.
Requires a license code to the HelpDesk add-on module

 

OFF - The creator is selected using a list of all IntraNote users. Thus the IT department can create an item on behalf of another user.

 

ON - “created by” is automatically filled out with the user login.
