Determines the rights model used.

1: Specifies the use of the standard model.

2: Model 2 enables differentiating between who can maintain the Infobase structure and who can assign rights in the Infobase. Model 2 includes a "Permission" right, indicating the ability to assign rights. To assign the "Permission" right itself, you must be a member of the "Superuser" group, assigned as an element right.
