HELPDESK / USE_GROUPS

 

Default value: ON

 

You can select if you will add a department to a task. If you have selected HELPDESK / USE_ADDRESS_BOOK and this dynamic setting is set to ON, you select, if a task is attached to customers or departments, on the task.
 

Requires a license code to the HelpDesk add-on module.

 

OFF - You cannot select a department to attach to the task.

ON - You can select a department using a drop-down list.
