System Info Page:

The new system info page gives an overview of important system settings. This is useful when working with our Support Team.
The page is accessed by URL /sysinfo, e.g. http://intranote/sysinfo

Agenda

Symptom: Transfer to outbox in Agenda fails if you have a lot (65.000+) agenda items in the system.

 

Employees

Symptom: The search field on the mobile user list is not entirely visible on iPhone.

 

Helpdesk

Symptom: Responsible and SuperUser columns are not shown in the search page.

 

Image DB

Symptom: A non-admin user cannot move images in the Image DB, despite the user has been granted the proper permissions.

 

Infobase

Symptom: RSS fetching fails when RSS feed does not have pubDate info.

Symptom: Too many emails are sent from the subscription notification mail service.

 

IntraSearch

Symptom: Unable to search for Danish characters.

Symptom: Unable to search several fields on an employee.

 

Login

Symptom: Unable to log in with NemID as a user using NemID for the first time.

 

Metadata

Symptom: Timeout in the Metadata filter webpart when the system contains many (190.000+) Infobase items.
