Organizational Chart

We have implemented a graphical overview of the employee organization. It is based on the superior information for each employee. The chart is accessed from the employee details page.

 

Webpart refresh rate

Webparts can refresh even faster than before. This allows for rotation webpart to changes their content more often.

 

CRM Todo list

Some minor optimizations to the list have been implemented. E.g. sorting by todo-date and customer account numbers are added to the list.

 

Helpdesk filter extended

It is now possible to filter by the user who created a helpdesk task.

Symptom: Changes to an employee never becomes searchable.

 

Subscription

Symptom: The system sends out a notification emails for old news.
