CRM / ALLOW_IGNORE_DUPLICATE_PHONE

 

Default value: OFF.

 

This setting determines if it is allowed to have multiple customers with the same telephone number in the CRM module.

 

ON: You can choose to continue despite the telephone number duplicates or if you want to undo “Save” and return to creating/editing the telephone number.
The warning is only displayed when updating, if you have edited the telephone number.

 

OFF: Multiple customers with similar phone numbers are not allowed. You have to go back and edit the telephone number.
