Default value: OFF
You can select if you will add a customer from the address book to a task. If you have selected HELPDESK / USE_GROUPS and this dynamic setting is set to ON, you select, if a task is attached to customers or departments, on the task.
Requires a license code to the HelpDesk add-on module.
OFF - You cannot select a customer to attach to the task.
ON - You can select a customer from the address book using a drop-down list.
