Configuration

It is (again) possible encrypt connection strings in the configurations files. This is useful for systems residing on “public” accessible servers, such as extranets.

 

Infobase

The subscription email background worker can be configured to send the notifications immediately when an item is created or as a batch a few moments later. The batch option is useful if the system has a lot of users subscribing to information.

 

Mobile user list

We have removed the “fuzzy”-search from the list to make it easier to find the persons you are looking for.

 

Poll

The user can be taken to a specified dashboard/Infobase item when the poll is completed. This is useful for instructing the user about what to do next.

 

Metadata

We have added a list pager to the Metadata Explorer. Also, we performance optimized the webpart.

 

Wallet

To increase the security for Single Sign On operations, parameters can be encrypted with 3des.

Symptom: Same item appears on multiple pages in a selection result.

Symptom: Items are not removed when there is no primary contact person.

 

Dashboard

Symptom: The navigation webpart does not expand.

Symptom: Copied navigation webpart references the original navigation and not the newly created one.

Symptom: Dynamic height does not work in Internet Explorer.

 

Debate

Symptom: The color of the debate icon is not changing.

Symptom: Expired and trashed items are listed in the “My debates” -webpart.

 

Employees Database

Symptom: Unable to switch tabs on the edit page.

 

Helpdesk

Symptom: It is not possible to save-and-send when creating a new case.

 

Infobase

Symptom: When editing an attached document (word or excel) the document is not loaded in Word/Excel.

Symptom: Calendar information is missing when displayed using a webpart layout.

Symptom: Printing items from the Infobase Explorer fails (404).

Symptom: Subscription email is sent right away even though publish date is set in the future.

Symptom: Moving an Infobase folder takes a long time, after which permissions are not set correctly

Symptom: Link to items in the layout webpart is displayed with the item's title and not the link's title

Symptom: Links can be destroyed when editing the item in the HTML editor.

Symptom: Editing an uploaded word document in a version controlled folder creates drafts in other items.

 

IntelliForms

Symptom: IntelliForms cannot display message before closing the window.

 

IntraSearch

Symptom: The refinement webpart does not close when the search result is closed.

 

Poll

Symptom: Title, Description, Questions, Answers are being filled out with former created values.

 

ProjectRoom

Symptom: Unable to sort Infobase navigation folder in ProjectRoom.

 

RSS

Symptom: RSS folder population does not fill in the content.
